Its cutting-edge technology guarantees the very best technical, I.T. and audio-visual performance at the events organised here. All the auxiliary services are also ensured, including catering services, which can cover receptions from 25 to 3,000 people in the centre’s own facilities.
On the main floor is the GRAND MASPALOMAS HALL, with an area of 3,600 square metres. This enormous space can hold up to 3,400 people in a theatre lay-out, and can be sub-divided into up to 15 different spaces, or different combinations, offering a wide range of different lay-outs for the organising committees of each event.
To achieve this, it has a modern system of mobile panels that can transform the great hall into 9 rooms/halls, each with an area of 400 square metres. Furthermore, 3 of these can be sub-divided again into another 6 rooms, types “1.1 and 1.2”, each with an area of 140 square metres, and 3 type “1.2” rooms – 95 square metres each -, meaning that the Great Maspalomas Hall can be turned into 15 rooms of 3 different sizes.
The lobby around the great Maspalomas Hall covers an area of 4,000 square metres, where exhibitions, the commercial area, catering services and other events running in parallel with the main event can be organised.
There are another 5 conference rooms on the main floor, each measuring 60 square metres. These are fitted with all the building’s technical facilities.
The cafeteria is also on this floor, with direct access to a large, attractive terrace that includes a magnificent marquee. The unique characteristics of this terrace make it ideal for gala dinners to enjoy the beautiful nights of the south of the island, or open-air lunches in the typical benign temperatures you will find here all year round.
